Origin: Named after the Italian island of Stromboli.

Comparison: It can be up to 20 times hotter than a jalapeño.
Appearance: Medium-sized, elongated peppers that start dark green and mature to a brilliant orange. They grow in upward-facing bunches.
Flavor: Spicy with a slightly sweet undertone.
Uses: Commonly used in salsas, sauces, and as a garnish. Adds vibrant color and heat to various dishes. Often dried and ground into powder for seasoning.
