These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of this website (sherriesestates.com) which is owned and managed by Flower Sales Limited (C8914), located at Sherries Garden Centre, Burmarrad Road, St Paul’s Bay, Malta.
We only offer deliveries on a minimum order of €35 spent with an additional charge of €10 excl. VAT (€11.80) on standard deliveries to the front door at street level. For bulky heavy and/or bulky items where we will need to send two persons the total delivery fee will be €25, we reserve the right to collect the extra €15 on delivery.
Orders will be prepared during weekdays only. They cannot be prepared on weekends or Public Holidays.
We usually delivery within 4 working days. However, we might take up to 6 days or more depending on the availability of the products you’ve ordered.
We will contact you to organize a delivery date that works for you as soon as possible.
Important Information Re Contactless Deliveries
From today, Sherries will be introducing Contactless Delivery for all orders through our delivery service in an effort to help prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
What do you need to do?
Place orders as usual, but before you submit your order, Add a note to the courier explaining where they can leave your order to avoid direct contact with you.
As a general rule, the distance between you and the courier must be at least 2 meters.
Please be as specific as possible when writing your note e.g. explain that the order should be left on a table outside the front door, a chair, or a flat surface.
This is a new process and will take some time to be fully up and running. Therefore, we ask for you too please be patient and help our delivery partners make the process as easy and safe as possible.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Plants, livestock and medicines are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns are accepted within one month from date of sale and upon presentation of your receipt (sent to you by email). In such cases a full refund will be processed.
Damaged items cannot be returned, please make sure your goods are received in good condition on delivery.
Once an order is placed online, cancellation of such order will not be possible.
All returns are to be made at Sherries Garden Centre, Burmarrad Road, St Paul’s Bay, Malta.
Plants and Flowers
Plants and flowers will not be identical to the images on our website as they are live products or hand made. We aim to deliver you our best products, should there be an issue with the products when we are preparing your items for delivery we will contact you to offer alternatives or refunds if necessary.
Sherries Estates will use the information to provide you a loyalty card.
The loyalty card works using points, 4 points will be allocated to you for every euro spent and you will be issued a €10 voucher once you reach 1000 points.
We will process your personal data following GDPR regulations and will all be kept confidential. We would also like to use this data to inform you of any special offers we might have in the future.
Should you wish to opt out of this agreement please ask any one of our staff members for assistance or email us on [email protected] and all your details will be permanently removed from our records.
Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Maltese law. You and We both agree that the courts of Malta will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a business user, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Maltese law. We both agree that the Maltese Courts shall exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes.
