Description

Medium-large fruit, round and flattened at the ends, characterized by very accentuated slices. The skin is beige and intensely colored orange flesh. The fruit has excellent shelf life. The average weight of each pumpkin is 7-8 kg. You can prepare excellent first courses such as pumpkin tortellini, pumpkin and bacon cavatelli or for a simple pumpkin cream or even a pumpkin pie.
