Description
A staple of Southern Italian cuisine, the Naso di Cane earns its name from its distinctive blunt, conical shape, resembling a dog’s nose. These peppers are medium-hot and highly aromatic. In Calabria, they are the preferred choice for stuffing with tuna and anchovies, or for drying and crushing into flakes to add a signature kick to pasta sauces and oils.
