Description
Sulcorebutia rauschii is a compact and highly collectible cactus native to the highlands of Bolivia. Admired for its distinctive spiralling tubercles and attractive body colours, which range from deep green to rich violet-purple depending on sunlight and growing conditions, this species is a favourite among cactus enthusiasts.
Its small size makes it ideal for windowsills, miniature cactus collections and decorative containers. In spring and early summer, mature plants produce vibrant magenta flowers that create a stunning contrast against the textured body.
