In winter, reduce to once every 3–4 weeks.

Grown mainly for its decorative, upright branching structure.
Produces small, subtle yellow-green flowers mainly in spring–summer.
Evergreen in Malta’s mild climate.

Use a fast-draining cactus or succulent mix with added sand or perlite.
Essential to use pots with excellent drainage.
🌿 Fertilizer
Feed once a month in spring and summer with a diluted cactus or general balanced fertilizer.
No feeding required in winter.
🚫🐕🐈 Pet Safety
Highly toxic to cats, dogs, and humans.
Milky sap causes skin irritation, eye injury, and poisoning if ingested.
Keep well away from pets and children; wear gloves when pruning.

Not considered an air-purifying plant.

Very well suited to Malta’s hot, dry summers and coastal conditions.
Cold sensitive, protect below 10°C.
