Appearance: Striking cream/white marbled, spiny stems (often mistaken for a cactus) that can show pinkish hues in winter or high sun.
Light: Thrives in full sun or bright indirect light, which is crucial for maintaining its variegated coloring.
Watering: Requires infrequent, moderate watering. The soil must dry out completely between waterings to prevent rot.
Soil: Needs highly porous, fast-draining soil, such as a mix with added perlite or pumice.
Toxicity: Like all Euphorbias, it contains a toxic white sap that is highly irritating to the skin and toxic if ingested.
