Description

The endive or curly endive forms an erect head with green curled leaves and a white heart. It lends itself very well to binding for erect and elongated leaves and also has an excellent volume and consistent specific weight. This variety has a high self-whitening capacity of the heart. The bitter taste and the crunchiness of the leaves make this vegetable a main ingredient in mixed salads or salads.
