💧 Watering
Water every 2–3 days in spring and summer.
During Malta’s hot summer months, daily watering may be needed, especially for pots and baskets.
Water early morning or late evening; avoid constantly wet soil.

☀️ Sunlight
Requires full sun for best flowering (minimum 6 hours daily).
Tolerates light shade, but flowering will be reduced.
Thrives in Malta’s sunny conditions and coastal areas.

🌸 Flowering Period
Flowers from early spring to late autumn in Malta.
Continuous blooms in warm weather if well fed and deadheaded.

🪴 Potting Mix
Use a rich, well-draining potting mix, preferably with added compost.
Good drainage is essential, especially in containers.

🌿 Fertilizer
Feed once a week with a fertilizer for flowering plants (high potassium).
Regular feeding is key for heavy and continuous blooms.

This plant is labeled as non-toxic to cats and dogs by the ASPCA. However, be advised that the consumption of any plant material may cause vomiting and gastrointestinal upset for dogs and cats. Not considered an air-purifying plant (primarily grown outdoors).
