Description
Variety of tomato with early indeterminate growth of the cherry type. The plant is moderately vigorous with short internodes and ventilated foliage, very rustic with excellent and constant ability to attach flowers at different times of the year. After about 90-120 days from the transplant, regular and uniform clusters are formed with cherry tomatoes weighing 15-20 gr each, round and smooth, of an intense and bright red color when fully ripe. The cherry is very consistent and has an excellent tolerance to cracking, with the great quality of long shel life (long shelf life), therefore of good shelf life. This variety is particularly appreciated by consumers for the rusticity and sweetness of the fruit. Intended for fresh consumption, the cherry tomatoes can also be eaten raw or in small pieces on bruschetta, on pizza, on dishes such as caprese, meat with pizzaiola, fresh and genuine salads. They also prepare delicious sauces with a unique and exceptional flavor.
