Description
Part used : ripe fruits defined as “seeds” collected from ripe inflorescences.
Aroma : delicate and pleasant.
Use : spice for flavoring both sweet and savory cooked foods, for the preparation of liqueurs, infusions, etc.
Properties : carminative, expectorant, galactophore, stimulant, antispasmodic, stomachic.
Harvest : mow the whole plant between late August and early September when the plants are not yet completely dry. Leave to dry for a few days and then separate the seed.
Exposure: full sun; indoors place in bright areas.
Planting sixth: 20-25 cm on the row and 50-70 cm between the rows.
Season: From February to May
