💧 Watering
Water every 10–14 days, allowing soil to dry out slightly between waterings.
In Malta’s warm months, may need watering every 7–10 days.
Overwatering causes root rot, Hoyas prefer to dry a little.

☀️ Light
Prefers bright, indirect light.
Can tolerate some gentle morning sun; avoid harsh midday sun.
More light encourages flowering.

🌸 Flowering
Produces clusters of fragrant, star-shaped flowers.
Flowers appear on old spurs. Do not remove them after flowering.

🍃 Foliage
Thick, glossy, sometimes succulent-like leaves.
Excellent for hanging baskets or climbing supports.

🪴 Potting Mix
Use a very well-draining, airy mix: indoor soil + orchid bark + perlite.
Likes to be slightly root-bound.

🌿 Fertilizer
Feed every 4–6 weeks in spring and summer with a balanced or bloom fertilizer.
Stop feeding in winter.

⚠️ Mildly toxic to cats and dogs (sap may cause irritation if ingested).
Best kept out of reach of pets.
