Description
Sweet corn for fresh consumption. It produces an ear with an average weight of 400 g and a length of about 33 cm with yellow grains or kernels distributed on 14-16 lines, with a high sugar content. The plant reaches an average height of 170-180 cm. It matures about 60-70 days after the transplant. Each plant produces on average 3-5 cobs. With a sweet and tasty flavor, in the kitchen they are eaten whole, sliced or grainy for the preparation of salads. To be prepared boiled, grilled or roasted.
