Description

The plant is of excellent vigor and produces bulbs of medium-large size with a globular shape. When harvested, this onion variety takes on a beautiful golden color. It has a good conservation resistance and a good productivity.

In the kitchen it is used as a side dish, to flavor foods, to prepare typical recipes and in focaccia. Also prepared in the oven, cut into rounds, breaded or not, or with tomato and cheese, fried or filleted in small bottles in oil.

Nutritional information: it contains an appreciable amount of Calcium and Vitamin C. It also has a diuretic, antiseptic and vermifuge action.
