Description
Upright, compact pepper plant with short internodes. The peppers will be harvested 100-150 days after transplanting, horn-shaped, 16 cm long with thick, smooth yellow pulp. Yellow Bull’s Horn is suitable for greenhouse and open field cultivation. Pepper is a healthy and nutritious side dish, rich in Vitamin C and A.
Use in the kitchen: baked, in gratins, for rolls and fillings; roast for vegetarian dishes; fried, for typical recipes such as caponata and pepper cream preparations to put on pasta.
