Description

New medium-early cycle hybrid, with semi-open erect plant, medium size, suitable for greenhouse and open field crops. The fruit, oval and slightly ribbed, has a fleshy texture while the particularity is given by the white color of the skin. The curious white color of the aubergine and the presence of a few seeds make this variety an exceptional product.

In the kitchen it is used for delicious side dishes, with the possibility of keeping the peel, for frying, roasting, in the oven, for typical recipes such as eggplant parmigiana, caponata, and rolls or fillings.
