Description

New hybrid variety created to be transplanted in greenhouses and in open fields in the main Italian cultivation areas. Bellavittoria is recognized in Sicily for its excellent results in early and late cycles, demonstrating a high resistance to thermal and light stresses. The aubergines have a roundish globular shape of a dark purple color of exceptional brightness (from the beginning to the end of the cycle) and smooth skin, excellent enlargement, high production with the same cultivated area (+20/25%).

In the kitchen it is appreciated for the many recipes that can be made: diced on for pasta alla norma, cooked in the oven, fried or roasted with a pinch of mint or parsley, preparation of fillings, rolls and tasty eggplant parmigiane.
