🇲🇹 Growing Tips for Malta

• Position: Choose a sunny spot with good airflow. Light afternoon shade can help protect the dark flowers during intense summer heat.
• Soil: Plant in fertile, well-drained soil enriched with compost.
• Watering: Water deeply at the base during dry spells. Check container-grown plants frequently in summer.
• Feeding: Apply rose fertiliser during active growth, following the product instructions.
• Maintenance: Remove faded flowers to encourage further blooms and prune in late winter.
• Seasonal note: The flowers develop their strongest purple colouring in moderate temperatures.
