Comparison: It can be up to 40 times hotter than a jalapeño.
Appearance: Small, elongated, slightly curved peppers, about 5-6 cm long. They start green and ripen to a bright red.

Uses: Commonly used in Calabrian cuisine to add heat to dishes like pasta, pizza, and sauces. Often combined with olive oil to create a spicy condiment.
