Description

Very spicy variety of scoville grade chilli: 5000-15000. The plant has a vigorous and upright growth of excellent uniformity, produces abundantly and constantly throughout the crop cycle. The peppers are only green in color, then turn red when fully ripe. The specialty of the Silano pepper is the uniformity of the weight, the quality and the color. In the kitchen it is eaten fresh in cubes or for sauces or dried.

Nutritional Information: Contains Vitamin A, which helps maintain eye, hair and skin health. It has stimulating, antiseptic, disinfectant and digestive properties.
