💧 Watering
Water once a week during spring–summer; allow the top 3–5 cm of soil to dry between waterings.
Reduce to every 2–3 weeks in winter.
Avoid waterlogging, root rot is common if soil stays soggy.

Prefers bright, indirect light.
In Malta, place in bright indoor spots or shaded patios; protect from harsh direct sun.
Can tolerate low light but grows slower.
🍃 Foliage / 🌸 Flowering
Broad, glossy, palmate leaves that form a lush canopy.
Rarely flowers indoors; primarily grown for its foliage and symbolic appeal.
May produce white flowers and nuts outdoors in tropical conditions.
🪴 Potting Mix
Well-draining, rich soil (mix of peat, compost, and perlite or sand).
Ensure pot has good drainage holes.
🌿 Fertilizer
Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring–summer with a balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer.
No feeding in winter.
