💧 Watering

Water every 1–2 weeks in summer; allow the top 3–5 cm of soil to dry before watering again.
Water less frequently in winter; prefers slightly dry soil.
Use filtered or rainwater if possible—sensitive to hard Maltese tap water.

Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain its pink and cream variegation.
Can tolerate some gentle morning or evening sun.
Avoid strong midday sun, which can bleach or burn the leaf edges.
