Sow in a seedbed in the open ground in mid-May; transplant to the intended spot after 5/6 weeks. A minimum soil temperature of 18°C is recommended for extra sweet corn. Glacial sweetcorn has a beautiful white colour, fantastic flavour and a distinctive, crunchy bite.
