Courgette Patisson – Colour Mix
Sow under glass in mid-April, prick out and plant out in well-fertilised
soil in mid-May. Or sow directly in the open ground in a seedbed in May-July and
plant out. The mixture consists of yellow, orange, green and white Patisson,
a member of the Courgette family. Harvest the fruits early for the best flavour and
yield, suitable for decoration or filling at a later stage.
