Fescue – Festina
With its steel-blue coloured leaves and blue-grey flower spikes it is very suitable for the border, rock garden or in a pot.
From the end of March in a germination tray at 15-20°C or later outside on a seedbed. Cover lightly and do not let the soil dry out. Prick out the plants in small groups as soon as the seedlings have developed sufficient roots. Then transplant them into a larger pot or directly to their destination. Grasses like well-drained soil, in winter it should not be too wet.
