Description

Swiss Chard – Rhubarb Chard
From mid-March to the end of August. Can be sown regularly in the open ground, to harvest several times. The green, red-veined leaves can be eaten like spinach or – very young – in a Baby leaf mixture with lettuce and rocket. Let the plants grow to harvest the red-coloured leaf stalks or ribs later.
