These Chinese radishes are white/light green on the outside, but have a juicy pink inside with a mild peppery taste and crunchy texture. They become large radishes of 7 to 9 cm and are perfect to use in colorful salads. Sow in mid-February-mid-March in a greenhouse or from mid-March-mid-August in the open ground. Do not sow too close together, so that the radishes develop well.
