This is a mixture of Red Daikon (Japanese Radish), Rocket, Broccoli and Fenugreek. The sprouts have a fresh and spicy flavour. They are high in vitamins and minerals. A healthy and delicious addition to many dishes but especially a nice Finish for an oriental curry, in tacos or a satay dish.

Sprouting seeds can be grown easily with water and a sprouting jar; simply rinse the seeds 2-3 times a day.

Description

Sprinkle the seed in a thin layer on the sowing grid and rinse it carefully under the tap. Fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grid and place it on the windowsill in a normal room temperature (20-22C). Change the water every day.
You can also fill an empty butter tray with wet cotton wool and sprinkle the seeds on it. Keep the cotton wool well moist and you can enjoy your own grown sprouts. After 5 days, the sprouts (which are then 3-5 cm long) can be eaten.
