The sprouts are fresh and crunchy, taste delicious in stir-fry dishes, salads and even in soups. Before eating, briefly blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water or stir-fry. Rich in vitamin B.

Sprouting seeds can be grown easily with water and a sprouting jar; simply rinse the seeds 2-3 times a day.

Description

Sprinkle the seed in a thin layer on the sowing grid and rinse it carefully under the tap. Fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grid and place it in a dark room with normal room temperature (20-22C). Change the water every day.
You can also fill an empty butter tray with wet cotton wool and sprinkle the seeds on it. Keep the cotton wool well moist and you can enjoy your own grown sprouts. After 5 days you can eat the sprouts (which are then 3-5 cm long).
Bean sprouts must be heated briefly before consumption.
