Description
Each species of turtle has its own preferences and feeding habits. Most turtles are omnivores, eating both animal and plant foods. With only meat and insects, the turtles do not get enough vitamins and nutrients for good health. Older turtles in particular have a greater need for plant-based food.
Try to vary as much as possible and never give too much. Turtles are gluttons and quickly overeat.
Animal Favorites are intended for growing additional animal feed yourself. Always use supplementary animal feed in moderation and alternately, in addition to the basic (complete) animal feed.
