Description

The Bonsai Retusa (also known as Ficus retusa or the Ginseng Ficus) is the ultimate “beginner” bonsai for Malta. It is incredibly tough, forgiving of mistakes, and loves our Mediterranean humidity. Its thick, pot-bellied trunk and glossy dark leaves make it look like an ancient tree in miniature.
