Sherries Estates is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant and Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and issuing quotes for clients.

To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. This is a full time position.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Must be able to communicate in Maltese efficiently.

Responsibilities:

– Provide excellent customer care by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Communicating with customers through emails, phone calls, messages, video calls, meetings and social media.
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Learning our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
– Issue accurate and detailed quotes for clients based on their requirements.
– Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
– Be present in the shop when required to help clients in person.
– Help with checking items prior deliveries to ensure all items leave in good condition.

Requirements:

– Must be able to communicate in Maltese and English.
– Must be computer literate.
– Experience in a customer service position. Experience working in a Garden Center is an asset.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with customers.
