Sherries Estates is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, issuing quotes for clients, and assisting our administration staff with various tasks.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Position available for part time, reduced hours or full time hours.
Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer care by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Communicating with customers through emails, phone calls, messages, video calls, meetings and social media.
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Learning our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
– Issue accurate and detailed quotes for clients based on their requirements.
– Assist administration staff with daily tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
– Maintain and update client records and databases.
– Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
– Be present in the shop when required to help clients in person.
Requirements:
– Must be willing to work on weekends.
– Must be able to communicate in Maltese.
– Must be computer literate.
– Experience in a customer service position.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with customers.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
