Description
The prosperous eggplant plant is small to medium in size and very productive. The harvest is obtained after 50-70 days from the transplant, presenting aubergines with a globular shape and an intense violet color, slightly ribbed, large in size (it can even reach a weight of 400-500 gr.).
The pulp of the prosperosa aubergine is white in color and, if the fruit is harvested at the right time, storage times can be extended.
