High quality and high production pepper hybrid. The plant is balanced of medium vigor with regular internodes, great fruit set capacity, even in unfavorable environmental conditions. Suitable for greenhouse or open field cultivation. The peppers are smooth and well squared of medium-large size (length 16-19 cm), (caliber 9-10 cm). Excellent contrast of green-yellow color, very bright and intense yellow when ripe with very thick, firm and sweet pulp. The pepper Yellow is a healthy and nutritious side dish, rich in vitamin C and A, consumed in the kitchen in different ways: baked, in gratin, for rolls and fillings; roast for vegetarian dishes; fried, for typical recipes such as caponata and preparation of pepper cream to put on pasta.
