Description
The lettuces of the lollo type are harvested 35 days after transplanting with the great ability to revegetate very quickly after cutting (it is important to leave about 2-3 cm from the stem to help the plant form new leaves in the shortest possible time). In the kitchen it is eaten fresh, in single or mixed salads.
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: salads have a very low caloric power as they mainly consist of water, carotenoids, iron, potassium, vitamins A, B2 and C. Excellent is the fiber content that allows to regularize intestinal function.
