Sherries Estates is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
This is a Full-time position .
Key Responsibilities:
– Office Maintenance: Scanning and filing documents to ensure our records are well-organized and easily accessible.
– Stock Management: Creating stock cards for our POS system to keep track of products in our shop.
– Data Management: Maintaining and updating data on our POS software to ensure accuracy and reliability.
– Webshop Management: Publishing and managing products on our webshop (WordPress/Ecommerce) to keep our online store current and appealing.
– Communication: Handling orders, ability to liaise directly with our Spanish suppliers
– Other office day to day tasks
Requirements:
– Efficient communication skills in English and Spanish
– Computer literate with a good understanding of basic office software
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
– Previous experience with POS systems or WordPress/Ecommerce is a plus
