Description
Tendral Green Melon produces oval fruits with dark green and wrinkled skin and with marked grooves. They are easily preserved to be consumed in winter. The pulp of the tendral melon is white shaded with light light green, very sugary and fleshy. The cycle of this melon is medium-late in fact it is expected to be harvested 90 days after transplanting. Consumed in fresh cuisine, in small pieces in fruit salads, or used to prepare appetizers together with raw ham.
Nutritional information: in the summer it contributes to maintaining a balanced water-salt balance.
