Choose a position with plenty of morning sun and good airflow. Light afternoon shade can help protect blooms on particularly hot terraces.

Grow in fertile, well-drained soil and water deeply at the base during dry weather. Check container plants more frequently in summer.

Remove faded flowers to encourage further blooms. Mature size and flowering frequency depend on pruning, heat and growing conditions.
