💧 Watering
Water every 10–14 days in spring and summer, allowing soil to dry completely between waterings.
In winter, reduce to once every 3–4 weeks.
Extremely drought-tolerant; overwatering is the main cause of root rot.

☀️ Sunlight
Prefers full sun to very bright light.
In Malta, perfect for sunny terraces, balconies, gardens, or pots.
Can tolerate partial shade but grows best in full sun.

🍃 Foliage / 🌸 Flowering
Upright, clustered green stems; small leaves may appear seasonally.
Produces tiny yellow flowers in spring–summer.
Attractive sculptural form suitable for architectural plantings.

🪴 Potting Mix
Use a fast-draining cactus/succulent mix with sand or perlite.
Ensure excellent drainage to prevent root rot.

🌿 Fertilizer
Feed once a month in spring and summer with a diluted cactus fertilizer.
No feeding in winter.

🚫🐕🐈 Pet Safety
Highly toxic to cats, dogs, and humans if ingested.
Milky sap can cause skin irritation and eye damage; handle with gloves.
Keep away from pets and children.
