Giarraffa is a rare, high-quality, dual-purpose Sicilian olive cultivar, primarily found in the Palermo and Agrigento regions. It produces large, “meaty” fruits often used for table olives and a delicate, fruity oil with hints of almond, herbs, and a light spicy finish.
