🌞 Care Instructions

☀️ Sunlight: Needs 4–6 hours of sunlight daily. Can tolerate partial shade in Malta’s hot summer.
💧 Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water more frequently during dry spells.
🌱 Soil: Well-draining, fertile soil enriched with compost. Parsley prefers slightly acidic to neutral soil (pH 6–7).
🌡️ Temperature: Thrives between 10°C–25°C. Protect from strong winds and very hot midday sun.
✂️ Harvesting: Snip outer leaves from the base to encourage continuous growth. Avoid cutting more than one-third of the plant at a time.
🌾 Fertilizer: Feed with organic liquid fertilizer every 3–4 weeks during active growth.

Best planting season: February to September
Position: South or east-facing balcony or garden spot
Companion plants: Tomatoes, carrots, chives
Common issue: Yellowing leaves may indicate overwatering or nutrient deficiency
